What we store
Trainhardstaystrong stores one item locally to remember the choice you make on the cookie banner. The key is ths_cookie_choice. The value is either accept or decline. It lives in local storage in your browser, not in a first-party cookie file we set from the server. We use it only to hide the banner on the next visit.
The site does not use advertising pixels, does not run a third-party analytics tag, and does not place a marketing cookie. Forms send name, email and related fields to our server so we can reply. That is not a cookie.
The map
The Contact page embeds a map from Google showing 190 Middle Road, Fortune Centre, Singapore 188979. Google may set its own cookies on that embed, under Google’s policies. Those cookies are not set by Trainhardstaystrong and we cannot read them. If you do not want that embed, use the address and the telephone number instead of the map, and treat the banner’s decline as your record that you prefer we do not treat the visit as a blanket acceptance of third-party cookies.
How to change the choice
Clear the site data for trainhardstaystrong.life in your browser, or delete the local-storage item named ths_cookie_choice. The banner will show again. You can also write to [email protected]. The banner buttons are Accept and Decline; those are the only two values we store.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. That request may allow Google to see that your browser fetched the font files. It is a network request for typefaces, not a banner cookie we set.
