Same-day changes
If you already have a slot
Use the telephone for a change inside 12 hours: +65 6845 1370, during the hours on this page. Email is fine for everything else. Do not use the form to cancel a session that starts in the morning if you are writing at night — Sunday morning messages wait until Monday, and the notice rule for a moved session is 12 hours.
Assessments are not walk-in. If you arrive without a booking we will not run the battery in a gap on the floor. Book first, then come to #09-07.

What happens after you write
We reply with two or three assessment slots that match the hours above. You pick one. The SGD 90 assessment fee is confirmed in that reply. After the hour you have a one-page report. Membership, if you want it, starts after that — not before.
If you already have a track in mind, say so. If you are returning from injury, say that and attach or mention the clearance. It changes which slot we offer (Return-to-Load is 1-to-1 and is not mixed into a 14-person hour).
